Ninja Spencer
Mommy likes dressing me in this new outfit... It makes me look like a little Ninja!
BOO! I Scared You!
But seriously, it allows me to climb around and do all sorts of stunts that no ordinary baby can do. Here, I've tackled the person who would dare to try and photograph me!
And here, I'm hiding -- or more accurately, "blend in" -- within a maze of Leela's toys!
I can also strike out without any warning...
or just play comfortably with some toys!
I can take on large objects with ease!
But in the end,
it is still cute little old me!

A Cool Toy from Leela!
As you already know, Leela has loads of cool toys! And she was so generous (and good at sharing!) she gave me one to play with!
Mommy gave me a quick demonstration of how it worked...
...and I was off like a shot after it! It moved and played music and spun around and... It was mega cool!
I wacked at it and out came more music and more movement! What fun!!
It wasn't long before I knew how this thing worked, and Leela was suitably impressed!

San Francisco -- the REAL city!
Yes, I travelled to the San Francisco Bay area and yes, I did actually get to see a small slice of the Sourdough capital! It was a grand day out, starting with a trip on BART!
It's kinda like the trains back in New York, but they are clean and quiet. Go figure! We arrived in San Fran proper, and almost immediately, I got to see a old-fashioned cable car!
They also have these old-style trolleys that are quite cool!
After taking in the sights, daddy went and found some good coffee -- go figure! This one was called "Blue Bottle", and while I napped...
Mommy went and found cheese just down the way...
They also had a sandwich at this pig place -- Bocaleone. Mommy has been drooling over the thought of going there since she saw it on FoodTv! We then wandered along the water front on a very, very nice day!
...after which, daddy tried to get all "artistic" with the camera. Mommy took me on ahead (whew!)...
After, we ended up at this place with my new favorite -- sour dough bread! Yummy!! I got to eat bread and clam chowder -- both things go on my list of foods to eat. I'm never eating that pre-packaged MUSH again!
We continued wandering around -- I got to see the Golden Gate Bridge (from a distance)
...and we hit up Giradelli Square. After, we walked back and I got to ride on Daddy's shoulders for a good chunk of the way while mommy pushed the stroller. Then, it was naptime -- so back onto BART and I slept... I don't know about you, but if you are ever in San Fran, SEND ME SOUR DOUGH and CLAM CHOWDER!

What Leela Taught Me!
I think Leela and I have a bit of an understanding... Yes, she can walk -- but I can almost talk! And we both can plot EEEEvil! So, she taught me this trick:
STAIR CLIMBING! It starts with the first step, and continues from there...
Railings provide some needed support -- but more likely, safety. After all, I could leap from the stairs and tackle mommy!
Eventually, you get to the point where you can even look an adult in the eyes!
I think that's the coolest thing! After a few twists and turns, you're heading for the top...
Where you can have a relaxing little sit down and admire the view!
(Yes, that's Leela's room on the other side of the door!) It's hard work this stair climbing, and quite tiring too!

Exploration...
I know, I do rather a lot of exploring. But this exploration is of California! Here, there is a great big outdoors to explore -- well, maybe someday...
It's not cold and icy and gnarly like the outdoors of Illinois! Even inside, there are all sorts of mega cool thing to check out -- like Olya's Lamp and sofas...
After a nice trip around the place, a nap is always in order -- and where better to nap then in Mommy's bed!
I'm sure I'll be back to my old self after a bit of shut eye!

Lots and Lots of Toys!
Leela has soooo many toys -- I'm sure if I could count, I'd have difficulty enumerating them all. Even daddy, with an advanced degree in mathematics would probably have difficulty counting them all!!
Leela was amazed at the noises I could make! She was so good at sharing her toys as well... What was even more fun -- combining them!
Beating on alligators with Slinky makes funky sounds...you should try it!

Great Gary!
We met up with Daddy's Uncle Gary and Aunt Lynn -- so I think that makes them Great! As in Great Uncle and Great Aunt, but great 'cos they send me cool things too! I noticed immediately that Gary looked a bit like my pirate from That's Not My Pirate! 'cos of his fluffy beard!
Meanwhile, Aunt Lynn was a comfortable place to rest my head!
We met up with them and I got to play with them for a bit. It was then on to lunch -- and I'm learning that food is one of my favorite things! I got to eat bread, potatoes, fish, cooked veggies and French Fries! Yummy! Then I got to kick back and be cute, playing with spoons!
Then I just had to tell the story of playing with Leela and on the airplane! We were all laughing away!!
After lunch, we went for coffee! I got to kick back and drink my java in style for a change!
But coffee only lasts so long -- so we then parted ways....
...with me sleeping soundly!
It was a fun day!
