Two Big Fans

I often get to play with these big fans. More so then anything else, it's a cool thing to play with.


I usually begin by chewing on it -- I chew on everything!


After, I start waving it around happily to the left...


...and to the right!


In the end, I'll just wave it back and forth at mummy. She thinks it is really cute!

Lasagna

Daddy made this dish called Lasagna. He gave me some. And it was good.


Really good. So good I kept stuffing it into my mouth as fast as I could 'cos whenever I have something this tasty, mommy or daddy nick it so I have to eat fast!

Can't talk ... eating Lasagna!

Cheesy Crunchies

I have little cheesy crunchies. They are my favorite snacks!

Mommy has BIG cheesy crunchies! It's not fair!!


Unless, of course, she gives them to me!!!
I get to yum them all up!

And eating these things makes me mega happy!

Skype Lessons

Mommy got a Skype call from Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Gabriel and Naomi and Nathan! She wasn't exactly dressed for it being only 10:00am and neither was I. But that didn't matter, as I got to see all of them on the computer -- with a bit of hesitation.


I warmed up to the idea a bit when I saw everybody


Then it was time to turn on the CUTENESS FACTOR!

Skype is a perfect opportunity for exerting my mega cuteness.


Of course, balancing out cuteness and trying to be serious at the right moments makes me even more cute! Everybody should try it!!

Mommy's Big Day

Yesterday was Mommy's birthday -- and that called for a celebration! So, I awoke at one minute after midnight and tried to get the party started -- but that didn't work and after 20 minutes, I was back in my little prison....er...crib.

I tried again at 6:00am, but this just woke daddy up and we went downstairs and played. That wasn't the goal, as I really wanted to wish mommy a happy birthday -- she got to sleep in. About 8:00am she finally wandered downstairs and had some breakfast. I was getting frustrated!

FINALLY, she got to open her cards! So, I jumped onto my little truck...

...and delivered them, just like Postman Pat!


She was so totally thrilled to get the cards!


I got to play with the envelopes after -- all bright and colorful...


Some of the cards were bright and flowery. They were ok.


Eventually, Mommy got to MY card! She loved it!! Bright and colorful and funny too!


After, we went out to lunch. I ate meat loaf, squash and french fries! Then we went shopping, and mommy got herself some cake. I was looking forward to eating it, but mommy said it was too sweet! We got home and all took a long nap -- me in mommy's arms, with daddy relegated to the couch!

It was a fun day!! I think mommy enjoyed it!!!

Messy Eating 101

I now try feeding myself every chance I get. It is a way for me to stress my independence and exert my opinion of what is tasty....

The tastier it is, the more it ends up all over the place!


Messes seem to be a common theme this week. If I wasn't supposed to make a mess, then why is it so much fun?!?

Mummy's Birthday!

Yes, today is Mummy's birthday! In honour of the occasion, I figure I should sound a bit more British then usual. You know, reserved, civilized -- completely unlike daddy!

With birthdays, so I've now discovered, come prezzies! And where there are prezzies, there is lots and lots of fun things! Daddy got mommy a big box with lots of stuff in it. Mommy took a couple things out of the box and then left all the fun stuff for me!


How much better can this be?


I hope I get lots of fun boxes to play with for MY birthday! Hopefully, it'll make just as big a mess as this stuff does!!!

Just look at those bulging biceps... that three pack (hey! I'm little!) for my abs! I can tell all the little ladies are just drooling!

Pole Dancing

Well, more accurately, dancing around the prison gate..


I've taken up trying to get through the prison gate at the bottom of the stairs. I have tried to crawl over it, under it, around it... The most effective way of getting through it, however, is dancing!


It's cute, it is funky, and I can dance with m stupid cow!! After doing it, someone (usually daddy) shows up and opens the gate and lets me through...

French Fries

In addition to watching racing last weekend, I got to go to eat French Fries! I sat down and eagerly awaited my lunch!


And soon, out came a French Fry!


I had a few, and reached for another one...


They were gone! Gone! Someone -- like daddy -- had eaten all my fries!

I couldn't believe it! No French Fries! None! I had to check again...

Still, no fries. Maybe next time I'll eat them before daddy does!

Racing Weekend

Formula 1 Racing has started! Sunday morning I get to awaken early and watch the cars go zoom! There is, however, a certain etiquette to watching, and this is what one should do...

1. Find the remote. This seems to control everything. Usually, it is attached to mommy or daddy's hand. But, should it escape and land on a table, GRAB IT!


2. If you can't get the remote, you can still set the right channel on the box. Just start pushing buttons until daddy does something works most of the time.


3. Turn the volume UP! Racing should be LOUD!


4. Inspect the TV for any fingerprints. They get in the way of proper viewing. Usually, they are mine -- but that's no excuse for not having daddy wipe them off!


5. Point out your handiwork to mommy and daddy before stepping back and watching the race!


Tune in next weekend, when hopefully Ferrari does not win!

Blueberry Pancakes!

I love Blueberries.

They are my second favorite food this week .... behind Japanese curry! But the worst thing Daddy has ever done to a Blueberry is to pancake it. He made these Blueberry Ricotta Lemon pancakes. BLEEH! BLEEH! BLEEEH! Give me real Blueberries any day!

Fortunately, Mommy was intelligent enough to give me real Blueberries. They are yummy! So as Mommy and Daddy sat around eating fancy pancakes, I got my Blueberries. And I was happy ... until I ran out of berries, when I had to throw a little tantrum...

Japanese Curry!

I have a new favorite food -- Japanese Curry and Rice! Mommy and Daddy took me to Mikoska. There, they had a little Japanese lunch.

It was kinda informal. It was kinda neat. But the curry sauce with rice was fantastic!

I just kept eating it right up! Of course, it did come out the other end later -- I'm sure glad I don't have to change my own diapers!
