Playing with new toys...

Oh, I got lots and lots of other toys for my birthday! I got this cool truck from Evan and Rion!

I also got a Spencersaurus Rex -- the meanest, biggest dinosaur ever to have existed! The best thing about it is it destroys things so the truck has lots of things to tow!

I also got this singing centipede. It has 26 legs and sings the alphabet!

Fortunately, Spencersaurus Rex loves eating critters like this! So, when I get bored of hearing the ABCs, he becomes lunch!

The Joy of Mess

I'm determined to feed myself these days. It can lead to some very interesting results:



There is more food on my face then in my tummy! Sometimes, there is enough food strewn about to feed daddy -- and he eats almost as much as I do!


Mommy calls me her little disaster area. But that's only if it involves avocado, blackberries, potato salad, ....

My Very Own

It was so cool, but did require me to do some assembly work!


Daddy did help me, a bit!


But then I was off to discover the realms of outer space --


or maybe just the kitchen....


I attached one of my balloons to it to make it lighter and hence go faster!



And I was off again!

A Birthday Truck!

Look what Gramma and Grandpa got me -- a big truck!


It's good for carrying things. I stuck all my cards in there for a bit!


It also led to lots of exploring!

Cards!

For my birthday, I got lots and lots of cool cards -- from all over the planet! I've been to London and San Francisco, but there were cards from places I've never heard of, like, Pittsburgh! It was a good little haul. There were lots of cards and envelopes to play with!


In fact, I was a bit overwhelmed with all the love and attention! Mommy then had to ruin my fun and put them up on display for the entire world to see.

April 1...

...means that I'm officially 1 whole year old! So, with that in mind, I got to celebrate my little ... er ... HUGE birthday! After all, you only ever turn one once -- and I'm definitely going to enjoy myself!

My day started with a trip to Wee Play. (Mommy has her Wii, I just get Wee. I wonder if that's fair!) I got to play with the cool toys and listen to songs and stories. Then it was off to lunch


Which was quite normal until I got a balloon!

Two balloons, actually! They were cool.

I really liked the string! Anyways, I'm off for a little nap now, so, with that in mind, I'll write more later!
